Owner and chef Humberto Benevenuto brings his passion for food to restaurant, café and events catering alike.  His belief in using locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable ingredients wherever possible combined with his unwavering standards on taste and quality creates an impressive eating experience, whatever the venue.  Humberto’s Brazilian and Mediterranean influences are evident in his innovative and refreshing menus, providing unique and original dishes as well as exciting twists on the classics.

To accompany the menus, customers can always expect a wide range of wines and spirits that will complement the food on offer, ensuring a well-rounded and memorable dining experience.
